It’s possible to update your goals using external data, so you can keep track no matter where the data is gathered. To update a goal with external data, just follow the steps below:
Step 1: Create a list of everyone who has completed the goal based on external data
In the Audience tab, use membership number, phone number or email to create a list of everyone you want to mark as meeting the goal. You can copy and paste this data in or upload a CSV with a single column:
Step 2: Turn the list into an audience
In the Audience tab, create a new audience and use the filter Within list(s) > select your list from the drop down:
Step 3: Use bulk action to mark everyone in the audience as completed the goal
In the audience overview page, use bulk actions to mark everyone in the audience as completed the goal. Select Complete Goal from the Bulk Actions drop down > choose the goal you wish to mark everyone as completed > Confirm:
